The new regulation concerning the protection of natural persons with regards to the processing and free circulation of personal data goes into effect on May 25th, 2018, two years after Regulation 2016/679 was passed by both the European Parliament and the Council.

The purpose of the new regulation is the increase of the protection level of personal data collected through websites and online/offline communities and regards also the procedures through which this data can be used as well as the means to ask for information and to be removed from the communities to which they subscribed

What kind of personal data do we collect?

The personal data that we collect is your identification information, demographic information, localization, or other information that we collect directly from you or from other sources at the moment when you become our client, or when you use our products or services provided.

How do we use your personal data?

We only use it for the purposes of invoicing for purchased products or services, to communicate our newest commercial offers or to convey regular updates regarding the activity of our company. We collect and use data needed to deliver your products(which we share with the delivery companies we collaborate with), or to provide the credit/debit card payment through the payment gates, or to issue your invoice through our accountancy software and for any legal forms we need to submit regarding our commercial activity through our accountant company.

How can you manage your consent of the data given?

Your data is collected through the forms on our website, or through third party services offered, such as Benchmark. In any case, with a simple request by email to contact@half-drop.com we will be happy to provide you with all the information which have been collected until that moment. If you no longer wish to be part of our community, please inform us and all your data will be definitely erased.

Do we communicate the personal data of our customers to other recipients?  

No, absolutely not. The data you offered us is solely used to communicate the only information you already agreed to received, and for which you expressed a clear interest.

For how long do we use personal data?

Your personal data is collected and stored throughout all our collaboration, and after this should end, only for the length of time allowed by the laws and regulations in effect at the time.

In data de 25 mai 2018 intra in vigoare Regulamentul European 2016/679 privind protectia persoanelor fizice referitor la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si libera circulatie a acestor date.

Scopul acestui regulament este cresterea nivelului de protectie a datelor personale si informarea persoanelor fizice despre modul si scopul in care sunt utilizate datelor lor personale si modalitatea prin care pot solicita informatii si extragerea din comunitatile in care s-au inscris.

Ce date personale prelucram?

Datele personale pe care le prelucram sunt, in principal, datele tale de identificare, demografice, de localizare sau alte date personale pe care le colectam direct de la tine sau din alte surse atunci cand devii clientul nostru, sau cand folosesti produsele sau serviciile noastre.

Cum prelucram datele tale personale?

Prelucram datele personale doar pentru scopul de a-ti emite factura pentru produsele comandate sau pentru a-ti comunica ofertele nostre comerciale sau pentru a trimite informati periodice cu privire la activitatea societatii noastre. In plus datele tale le folosim pentru a putea livra produsele catre tine (prin firma de curierat), sau pentru a putea folosi plata cu cardul prin procesatorul de plati  sau pentru a-ti emite factura cu ajutorul softului de contabilitate si pentru a putea pregati actele legale contabile alaturi de firma de contabilitate.

Cum poti sa administrezi acordurile exprimate?

Datele tale sunt fie colectate prin formularele de pe site-ul propriu fie prin servicii oferite de terti precum Benchmark. In ambele cazuri printr-o simpla solicitare pe mail pe contact@half-drop.com iti punem la dispozitie toate informatiile colectate. Daca doresti sa nu mai faci parte din comunitatea noastra ne poti informa si datele tale sunt eliminate definitiv.

Comunicam date personale catre alti destinatari?           

Nu. Datele oferite de tine sunt folosite doar de noi pentru a-ti comunica informatiile pe care ti-ai oferit consimtamantul sa le primesti.

Cat timp prelucram datele personale?

Datele tale personale sunt prelucrate si stocate pe tot parcusul colaborarii dintre noi si dupa finalizare pe perioda impusa de prevederile legale in domeniu.
